EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Required
- High School diploma or GED.
- 2 years in the clerical field preferably as an administrative assistant.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Excellent mathematical skills. Focused individual with exceptional organizational skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend Level II English.
- Position requires a U.S. Department of State Moderate Risk Public Trust MRPT or Embassy background check.
Preferred
- Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or related experience and-or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in negotiation and customer support.
- Ability to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Knowledge of Deltek and Costpoint.
