American Aviation is now hiring experienced Avionics Technicians.

Immediate placement for qualified candidates!

Installation, troubleshooting, and/or repairs of electrical/avionics equipment and systems. Routes wire throughout aircraft tying into both new and factory-installed wire bundles. Perform functional check-out and troubleshooting of all wiring systems. Care and precision must be exercised in order to ensure quality installations, on-time deliveries, and satisfied customers.

Job Requirements:

Working knowledge of Garmin, Aspen, Bendix King, and GA avionics systems
Able to read and understand wiring diagrams and installation drawings
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to deal with stressful situations and timelines.
Basic tools required.

Minimum Experience & Education

High School degree or equivalent required
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of experience installing and troubleshooting avionics on small to medium corporate jet and turboprop aircraft

Physical Requirements/Working Environment

Be physically able to perform aircraft avionics installations
Stand, squat, sit, walk, and work with arms overhead for extended periods of time.
Pull, push, and lift up to 50 lbs.
