Job Description:

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Perform and ensure proper completion of all avionics maintenance and modification tasks as contracted by the customer, both in the hangar and on the ramp.

  • Troubleshoot, install, repair, and test avionics systems and components in accordance with approved technical data and procedures.

  • Ensure that all components installed on aircraft are properly certified and that required documentation is complete and accurate.

  • Carry out all duties in compliance with the applicable Avionics Control Manual and Transport Canada regulatory standards.

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.

  • Attend training courses as directed by company management to maintain current knowledge and certifications.

  • Adhere to the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) Policy and contribute to a culture of safety.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Working towards or hold a valid Transport Canada E Licence (Avionics).

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in avionics maintenance.

  • Experience working on business aircraft types is considered an asset.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and good communication skills.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights, as required.

Location: Muskoka, ON

Term: Permanent, Full-time

Schedule: 40 hours per week
