Electrical Technician

Contract Position
$36.00-$45.00/Hour
This role is supporting the space systems division of one of our longest partners in our 28 years of staffing in Aerospace and Defense. This program builds satellites and spacecraft that do amazing things in space for government and commercial customers. You will be working with a team whose satellites give earlier warning of severe weather, connect troops on the battlefield, and deliver GPS directions to a billion people worldwide. Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
- Construct, troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, diagnoses, and maintain equipment, components, devices, or systems.
- Work from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
- Operate related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
- Perform calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepare prescribed compounds and solutions.
- Run wire and pinning cannon plugs.
- Finalize fiber installs to components
