Description:
The UH-60M Aircraft Avionics Technician is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining avionics and electrical systems on UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters. This includes communication, navigation, flight control, and mission systems to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with military and OEM standards.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair avionics and electrical malfunctions.
- Perform routine and scheduled maintenance on UH-60M avionics systems.
- Install, test, and calibrate avionics components.
- Interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in UH-60 avionics maintenance.
- Military or FAA avionics certification preferred.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing avionics systems.
- Experience with Army aviation maintenance procedures (TAMMS-A).
- Ability to work in high-tempo operational environments.
