Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer III to join our Warehouse Automation & Design Engineering team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting storage strategy and tooling requirements for a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. You’ll work cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineering, Tool Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders to develop usage forecasts, design facility layouts, and coordinate inventory movements. This position requires a strong technical foundation, the ability to manage complex projects, and a passion for driving efficiency and innovation in support of critical aerospace programs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of industrial or mechanical engineering experience with proficiency in 2D CAD tools (AutoCAD preferred). You’ll leverage your expertise to build capacity models, optimize tooling and inventory storage, lead design reviews, and ensure project deliverables meet technical and operational requirements. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as you’ll regularly present recommendations and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Compensation: $53.00/hr.
