A/B-Test Designer - Shape the future of Digital Experience at Norwegian
As an A/B-test designer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing user experiences by designing and validating experiments, transforming insights into actionable designs, and collaborating across functions. Key responsibilities:
- Design and execute A/B-tests to enhance our conversion rates and user experience
- Conduct quality assurance (Q&A) of scripted tests to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Gather and analyze qualitative insights through user testing and other research methods
- Develop sketches, prototypes and designs in Figma
- Contribue with maintenance and envolvement of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, product managers, analysts, developers and UX-designers
- Contribute to and facilitate workshops to transform insights into hypotheses and actionable design solutions
- Contribute to other ongoing projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented mindset
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience with design principles connected to conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B-testing methodologies
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes for test scripts
- Proficiency in conducting and analyzing user testing sessions and qualitative research
- Expertise in Figma for creating sketches, prototypes and designs
- Familiarity with maintaining and updating design system
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment, communicating and collaborating effectively
- Experience in leading workshops that translate insights into tangible designs and hypotheses
- A flexible, hands-on approach to supporting various projects and challenges
- Onside presence at Fornebu, Oslo is requaried.
- Preferably with experience in the e-commerce industry and knowledge of key KPIs within this sector.
- Fluency in both Norwegian and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
