Rattaché(e) au département Engineering et intégré(e) à l’équipe Flight Operations Engineering, vous contribuerez aux études opérationnelles et techniques visant à optimiser l’exploitation des avions ATR, ainsi qu’au maintien, à la mise à jour et à la certification des Operational Suitability Data (OSD), incluant la Master Minimum Equipment List (MMEL), les Flight Crew Data (FCD) et les Cabin Crew Data (CCD).
Description détaillée de la mission
Collecter l’ensemble des données nécessaires auprès du Bureau d’Études, des Essais en Vol, des équipes Flight Crew Training et Support afin de définir les mises à jour requises de la documentation opérationnelle.
Participer à l’évaluation de l’impact opérationnel des mises à jour de la MMEL, des Flight Crew Data et des Cabin Crew Data, en veillant à leur cohérence avec les procédures équipage, les besoins de formation et les normes de certification applicables (JAR-MMEL/MEL, CS-MMEL, CS-FCD, CS-CCD, EU Air OPS, CS-25, …).
Préparer des dossiers techniques et opérationnels justifiant les évolutions proposées, dans le respect des réglementations applicables, et soutenir leur approbation par les autorités de certification.

As part of the Engineering department and assigned to the Flight Operations Engineering team, the candidate will contribute to operational and technical studies aimed at optimizing ATR aircraft operations, as well as supporting the update and certification of the Operational Suitability Data (OSD), including the Master Minimum Equipment List (MMEL), Flight Crew Data (FCD), and Cabin Crew Data (CCD).
Detailed description of the mission
Analyze requests for changes to the OSD, resulting from aircraft modifications, regulatory updates, or in-service operational feedback(s) provided by the Safety and Technical/Operational Support departments.
Gather all necessary input data from the Engineering Design Office, Flight Test, Flight Crew Training, and Support departments to define the required updates to flight operations documentation.
Participate in evaluating the operational impact of updates to the MMEL, Flight Crew Data, and Cabin Crew Data to ensure alignment with crew procedures, crew training requirements and applicable certification standards (JAR-MMEL/MEL, CS-MMEL, CS-FCD, CS-CCD, EU Air OPS, CS-25, …)
