Rattaché(e) au département Engineering et intégré(e) à l’équipe Flight Operations Engineering, vous contribuerez aux études opérationnelles et techniques visant à optimiser l’exploitation des avions ATR, ainsi qu’au maintien, à la mise à jour et à la certification des Operational Suitability Data (OSD), incluant la Master Minimum Equipment List (MMEL), les Flight Crew Data (FCD) et les Cabin Crew Data (CCD). 

Description détaillée de la mission 

• Analyser les demandes d’évolution des OSD résultant de modifications avion, de mises à jour réglementaires ou de retours d’expérience opérationnels fournis par les départements Safety et Technical/Operational Support. 

• Collecter l’ensemble des données nécessaires auprès du Bureau d’Études, des Essais en Vol, des équipes Flight Crew Training et Support afin de définir les mises à jour requises de la documentation opérationnelle. 

• Participer à l’évaluation de l’impact opérationnel des mises à jour de la MMEL, des Flight Crew Data et des Cabin Crew Data, en veillant à leur cohérence avec les procédures équipage, les besoins de formation et les normes de certification applicables (JAR-MMEL/MEL, CS-MMEL, CS-FCD, CS-CCD, EU Air OPS, CS-25, …). 

• Préparer des dossiers techniques et opérationnels justifiant les évolutions proposées, dans le respect des réglementations applicables, et soutenir leur approbation par les autorités de certification. 

• Contribuer à l’analyse des événements opérationnels, des retours compagnies aériennes et des problématiques en flotte afin d’identifier les mises à jour nécessaires de la documentation opérationnelle et des OSD. 

• Participer à l’amélioration des méthodologies, outils et modèles internes utilisés pour les mises à jour des OSD et les évaluations opérationnelles. 

• Appuyer les échanges avec les équipes ATR Flight Crew Training et Cabin Crew Training afin de garantir l’alignement des programmes de formation avec les évolutions des OSD.

Compétences techniques 

• Étudiant(e) en école d’ingénieur avec une spécialisation aéronautique. 

• Connaissances fondamentales dans les domaines suivants :  

• Documentation opérationnelle avion 

• Opérations de vol 

• Systèmes avion 

• Réglementations aéronautiques applicables aux constructeurs et aux exploitants 

Compétences personnelles 

• Aisance relationnelle et capacité à interagir avec un large panel d’interlocuteurs internes. 

• Capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle tout en conservant clarté et efficacité. 

• Rigueur, fiabilité et autonomie dans les tâches quotidiennes. 

• Curiosité, motivation et forte envie d’apprendre dans un environnement multidisciplinaire. 

• Excellentes compétences de communication, à l’écrit comme à l’oral. 

Compétences linguistiques 

• Français: Niveau intermédiaire 

• Anglais: Niveau requis pour communiquer et comprendre la documentation technique et réglementaire.

As part of the Engineering department and assigned to the Flight Operations Engineering team, the candidate will contribute to operational and technical studies aimed at optimizing ATR aircraft operations, as well as supporting the update and certification of the Operational Suitability Data (OSD), including the Master Minimum Equipment List (MMEL), Flight Crew Data (FCD), and Cabin Crew Data (CCD). 

Detailed description of the mission 

• Analyze requests for changes to the OSD, resulting from aircraft modifications, regulatory updates, or in-service operational feedback(s) provided by the Safety and Technical/Operational Support departments. 

• Gather all necessary input data from the Engineering Design Office, Flight Test, Flight Crew Training, and Support departments to define the required updates to flight operations documentation. 

• Participate in evaluating the operational impact of updates to the MMEL, Flight Crew Data, and Cabin Crew Data to ensure alignment with crew procedures, crew training requirements and applicable certification standards (JAR-MMEL/MEL, CS-MMEL, CS-FCD, CS-CCD, EU Air OPS, CS-25, …) 

• Prepare technical and operational dossiers to justify the proposed changes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and support their approval by certification authorities. 

• Contribute to the analysis of operational events, feedback from airlines, and in-service issues to identify required updates to Flight Operations documentation and OSD. 

• Participate in improving internal methodologies, tools, and templates used for OSD updates and operational assessments. 

• Support interactions with ATR Flight Crew Training and Cabin Crew Training teams to ensure training programs remain aligned with OSD changes 

This apprenticeship is designed for you 

Technical skills 

• Currently pursuing an engineering degree with a specialization in aeronautics 

• Solid foundational knowledge in the following areas: 

• Aircraft operational documentation 

• Aircraft flight operations 

• Basic Aircraft systems 

• Aeronautics regulations applicable to aircraft manufacturers and air operators 

Personal skills 

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of internal stakeholders. 

• Capacity to manage multiple topics in parallel while maintaining clarity and efficiency 

• Good level of rigor, reliability, and autonomy in daily tasks 

• Curiosity, motivation, and a strong willingness to learn in a multidisciplinary environment 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

Language skills 

• French: Intermediate 

• English: Level required for communication and understanding technical and regulatory documentation.
