Proposal Engineer job in Scottsdale, Arizona is available with Moseley Technical Services Top Space / Defense company. As a Proposal Engineer for Space Force MUOS, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for defining, developing and sustaining enhancements to a live communication system. We provide warfighters with a familiar cellular phone-like service, allowing forces on the ground to communicate directly with others at higher levels of quality and much greater capacity than available through the current system.

Qualifications:

• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain Department of Defense SECRET security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field and 5+ years of experience, or Masters degree and 3+ years of experience
• Knowledge of proposal development processes and best practices (e.g., Shipley, APMP).
• Experience with defense and aerospace industry standards and practices.
• Familiarity with government contracts and acquisition processes.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal, written, verbal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Agile experience preferred
