The annual base salary range for this position is $68,100 - $85,000 Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. US PERSONS REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• 1+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing or process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation and robotics.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software tools for process optimization.

• Advanced Engineering degrees like ME (Mechanical Engineering) or similar.
• Experience in lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
