Aircraft Structural Dynamics Engineer – Permanent – Montreal, QC
Responsibilities:
Perform aeroelastic and aeroservoelastic simulations for aircraft design and airworthiness
Develop and maintain finite element models and analysis methods
Solve complex engineering problems using appropriate tools and judgment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across design, aerodynamics, structures, and controls
Support GVT/FFT testing and analyze results
Document and present findings in technical reports
Qualifications:
Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Experience in aeroelasticity, FEM (Nastran an asset), and dynamic analysis
Knowledge of aircraft structures, aerodynamics, and control systems
Programming skills (MATLAB, Python, C/C++, etc.)
Understanding of airworthiness regulations and eligibility for CGP clearance
Strong organization, problem-solving, and bilingual communication skills
