We are looking for a Application Engineer II to be part of a global Technical Support team located in America, Europe and Asia. As an experienced Engineer, you will support customer inquiries, resolve technical issues and enhance product development, delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone or email, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of recurring technical issues and provide feedback to product development teams for continuous improvement.
- Provide product training and guidance to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the features and functionalities of the products.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation to enable self-service support for customers.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Mechanical, Electronics or Automation.
- 5 years of experience in industrial, healthcare, electrification, or transportation sectors, with a focus on supporting mechanical or electrical products (design, deployment, or servicing).
- Relevant work experience in a customer-facing role providing technical support and product troubleshooting.
- Advanced level of English
WE VALUE
- Experience in product design and strong understanding of product development lifecycle.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Excel, PowerBI and/or Tableau.
- Experience in CRM, ERP and/or PLM tools such as Salesforce, SAP or Teamcenter.
