What you will do:
- Serve as the go-to AME for a Challenger 350 ensuring its maintenance is conducted in full compliance with company policies, Transport Canada regulations, and industry standards
- Interact directly with Owner on aircraft requirements
- Inspect, assess and assist in repairs and modifications to aircraft structures, systems and equipment, regularly inspecting aircraft for technical and cosmetic condition
- Take charge of dismantling and reassembling aircraft systems for repair and overhaul, troubleshooting defects, and executing corrective actions to keep the aircraft flying safely
- Maintain a continuous long-range maintenance forecast and perform pre-flight readiness checks
- Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a high standard of workmanship, utilizing approved equipment and materials to deliver top-quality results
- Support all AOG events and lead off-base maintenance response
- Liaise cross functionally with departments such as Procurement/Project Coordinators, QA, Flight Crew, Client Account Managers and the Flight Coordination Centre
What you bring:
- A valid Canadian AME M2 license as per TC requirements with at least five years’ experience
- Post-secondary education in an aircraft maintenance course
- Two to three years’ planning and coordination experience
- Experience in aircraft periodic inspections and heavy inspections
- Ability to read, understand and interpret technical publications, maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong diagnostic skills requiring sound knowledge of aircraft systems, aerodynamics, aircraft structures and basic applied mechanics
- Capability to perform hands-on duties such as disassembling aircraft systems, removal of defective components and installing replacement parts, components and structures
- Experience performing a large variety of tasks relating to any aspects of aircraft maintenance
- Highly self-motivated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills including ability to convey both positive and negative information with a sense of urgency
- Flexible and adaptable, ability to learn new technologies quickly

- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality
Other Requirements
- Must qualify for a RAAC and AVOP passes
- Must possess a valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driver abstract
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends and shiftwork based on workload schedules with short notice at times
- Occasional travel may be required
- Challenger 300/350 endorsement is preferred
