Job Description:

Tasks

Lead the way in customer-focused engineering through the following tasks, among others:

  • Define and manage technical/engineering strategy
  • Proactive technical analysis of NFF, low TSI, non-routine and define KPIs
  • Manage all technical inquiries, being the interface between the customer and LHT engineering
  • Become knowledgeable of, and translate, customer maintenance programs and requirements into LHT processes
  • Regular customer reporting (reliability, rogue, quality, warranty)
  • Prepare and lead technical review meetings with customer
  • Present LHT/LTCS (technical) improvements to customers
  • Work in/with various software systems & company E-tools to research and collect maintenance data
  • Input data in EDP systems in compliance with LHT procedures
  • Process documentation according to instructions and procedures

 

* Perform support functions and deputized duties as directed

Education

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • College degree/vocational training required
  • Bachelors degree required

Professional experience required

  • 3-4 years Aviation MRO Engineering

Technical competencies and other prerequisites

Language

  • Fluency in English and Spanish required German desirable 

Industry knowledge required

  • Component/System Engineering
  • Sales/Customer Service (MRO)
  • General Airworthiness Authority knowledge
  • Air Carrier Maintenance Programs (CAMP)

Computer skills

  • MS Office & SAP as user

Personal competences

  • Excellent analytical skills
