Roles and Responsibilities
Provide technical response and assistance in a timely manner to the customers in the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of product lines
Respond to phone calls and emails from customers and GE Field Service Engineers (FSE) to resolve field issues
Assist the customer with Aircraft on Ground (AOG) spare part support and issue resolution
Facilitate meetings with cross function focal for AOG recovery plan
Lead collaboration with counterparts and partners, make sure flowless turnover and continuous process improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with at least 8 of experience in aviation industry is required
Must be fluent in Chinese and English
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint
Must be highly motivated, self-directed individual with a strong work ethic and proven abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven written and verbal communication skills
Effective problem identification and solution skills
