Job Description:

JOB DUTIES:

  • Analyze mechanical and industrial business processes and information flows within both modern and legacy systems to optimize data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify key performance metrics related to mechanical systems, manufacturing operations, and industrial automation, implementing monitoring solutions to track efficiency and reliability.
  • Develop modular code and automation scripts with moderate functional complexity to support engineering applications, system modeling, and data processing tasks.
  • Deploy cross-platform containerized or virtualized engineering applications on both cloud and on-premise infrastructure to enhance scalability and system interoperability.
  • Effectively communicate with team members and managers on assignments related to data integration, automation, and mechanical system enhancements.
  • Deliver well-documented projects on time while adhering to engineering best practices and data integrity standards.
  • Collaborate as a team player and contribute to cross-functional engineering, IT, and business teams to drive project success.
  • Automate data collection from various sources, including industrial sensors, IoT devices, and legacy mechanical systems, ensuring seamless data integration.
  • Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data pipelines to enhance engineering and manufacturing data availability, quality, and efficiency.
  • Develop data-driven applications, including mechanical system monitoring tools, operational analytics dashboards, and engineering data visualization applications.
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize mechanical and business processes, improving predictive maintenance, automation, and production efficiency.
  • Integrate with legacy industrial systems (e.g., Petroleum Accounting Management System (PAMS/COBOL), SalesLogix, and banking file outputs) and modern ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion via FBDI/API services.
  • Ensure compliance with industry data processing standards, including IATA XML for aviation-related invoicing and tender processes, facilitating third-party vendor and industry vertical integration.
Job Requirements:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical or related Engineering field and 2 years of experience as a Developer or related.
