Role Summary
* In this role, you will support the design, analysis, and testing of electronic and electrical systems for current and emerging client programs within the St. Louis region, including Berkeley, Hazelwood, St. Charles, and Mascoutah. You will be responsible for translating system requirements into functional architectures, hardware and software designs, and validation strategies for advanced aerospace and defense systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver innovative electronic systems solutions. Education & Job Requirements
* Must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 9 years of related experience, OR a Master’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience, OR a Ph.D. and a minimum of 4 years of related experience in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
* Must have the ability to relocate to or currently reside in the St. Louis, Missouri region.
* Must have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Must have the ability to work onsite full-time at one of the client’s listed Missouri or Illinois facilities. Preferred Skills
* You will have experience in the aerospace or defense industry.

* You will have experience creating, developing, and maintaining engineering processes and technical documentation.
* You will have experience with electronic or electrical system design, analysis, or test plan development and execution.

* You will have experience working within highly regulated programs requiring government or defense security clearance. Job Duties/Functions

* You will be performing tasks to develop statements of work and technical performance specifications.
* You will be performing tasks to analyze, translate, and implement requirements into system architecture, hardware, and software designs and interface specifications, showing traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
* You will be performing tasks to define test and validation approaches to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements.
* You will be performing tasks to resolve product integration issues and production anomalies.
* You will be performing tasks to investigate emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements for future business needs.
* You will be performing tasks to monitor supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.
* You will be performing tasks to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
* You will be performing tasks to design hardware, software, and interface specifications.
* You will be performing tasks to solve problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle.
* You will be performing tasks to work 100 onsite at one of the listed location options.
