Digital Process Engineer - Materials

Job Duties:
- Design and develop digital processes for materials used in aerospace and aviation
- Implement data-driven solutions to optimise material performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital processes into material testing and production
- Perform analysis and testing on materials to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to digital processes in materials
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in digital process engineering within the aerospace industry
- Strong understanding of material properties and behaviour
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Master’s degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in digital process engineering
- Experience with industry-specific software for material testing and analysis
Working Conditions:
This role is based in North East England, with occasional travel to different sites for collaboration and testing. The work environment involves a combination of office work and lab testing.
