Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Execute the analysis or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhere to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements.
  • Document technical data generated by the assigned projects consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas
  • Review data provided by suppliers and stakeholders against engineering requirements and present findings for final concurrence.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Undergraduate (3rd/4th year), masters, or doctorate (not completed) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Good command of English & Turkish (reading/writing) with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office Skills (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
  • Eager to learn, open to communication, self-motivated, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Team player and collaborative with a strong interest in growing a technical career.
  • Basic understanding of gas turbine engines and motivated to learn new disciplines as required.
  • Fundamental understanding of mechanical design and at least one finite element and modeling tool (e.g., ANSYS, Unigraphics, SolidWorks).
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, eager to learn continuously and share lessons learns with team.
  • Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn
