Schedule: 9/80 (Training Mon–Fri; then Fri–Sun 12hr shifts)
Pay Rate: $75–$80/hr
OverviewSeeking a hands-on Electrical Test Engineer to support development and troubleshooting of automated test systems. This role works across both hardware and software in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot hardware and software test systems
Develop and support automated test solutions (LabVIEW)
Work with multi-rack test stations and test equipment
Review and improve test procedures
Support manufacturing and engineering teams
Reverse engineer and document existing systems
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) + 4 YOE
LabVIEW experience or certification (required)
Experience with both hardware and software testing
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to read electrical schematics
U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person required due to Government regulations
Preferred SkillsExperience with RF systems
Avionics or aerospace background
Experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, analyzers, etc.)
Exposure to C or other programming languages
Additional InfoOnsite role in Melbourne, FL
Training schedule: Mon–Fri (first 4–6 weeks)
Weekend shift after training (Fri–Sun, 12-hour shifts)

Pay Details: $75.00 to $80.00 per hour
