Our Systems Engineering group is a high-performance technical organization comprised of Electronic Attack (EA) Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with backgrounds spanning the Engineering Disciplines. The focus of our group is to provide customers a wide range of services and products acting as the Center of Excellence for EA solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities (Technical):
Key EW program objectives are to improve/enhance air vehicle survivability, through the abilities to detect, deny, deceive, degrade and/or disrupt adversaries Integrated Air Defenses. This position will involve developing new EA capabilities for application in EW systems and performing systems engineering functions such as developing and managing systems level requirements, developing operational systems concepts, performing system architecture trade studies, originating design concepts or performing systems level integration and test for highly complex systems, and preparing and/or delivering basic customer and technical presentations. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100 of the time.
