The Engineering Aide will be part of the Platform Engineering organization supporting Project Engineering (PE) and the Configuration Management Engineering (CME) Team. The aide will support various tasks including administration of software change review boards, final specification reviews, Weapons Specification (WS) Database administrator, ability to multi-task, supporting several varying assignments, and have excellent communication skills to be able to collaborate successfully across engineering organizations, management and customers. The Engineering Aide must be able to be flexible in the face of challenges and able to accept and adapt to change.

Must be a US citizen. This position will require a government security clearance
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Degree
- Ability to learn metrics collection and analysis
- Ability to track and record data for change control boards
- Proficient in MS Office suite, including developing and maintaining databases
- Ability to acquire and maintain a Secret Security clearance; requires US citizenship

- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with working with teams

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
