The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking a Engineering Technical Specialist located in Berkeley, MO.
Position Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the development, documentation, implementation and consultation for the application of engineering tools, processes and standards.
- Assists with training in the utilization of processes and tools and supports the integration of engineering designs.
- Assists in the identification and validation of user access roles and tip sheets. Supports the development and implementation of standards.
- Assists in providing configuration management, coordinating changes and performing assessments of compliance.
- Assists in the development, maintenance and distribution of engineering documents, reports and correspondence to enable business activity.
- Collects, analyzes and validates engineering performance metrics and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needs.
- Works under general supervision.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.
- An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Level 1: Experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years related work experience).
- Level 2: Experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years related work experience, 7 years related work experience, etc.).
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years working with Customers & Suppliers.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team.
- Ability to work under general direction
- The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Summary pay range:
Level 1: $55,250 - $74,750
Level 2: $71,400 - $96,600
