In this role, you will be the driving force behind equipment development, process improvements, and technical problem-solving that directly impact safety, quality, and efficiency on the production floor.

What You’ll DoEvaluate program and project requirements to design and implement complex equipment solutions.
Analyze technical data to determine impacts on engineering design, usability, and production rates.
Ensure all solutions comply with safety, ergonomic, regulatory, and reliability standards.
Develop and release bid/purchase specifications and collaborate with suppliers.
Troubleshoot production issues and create innovative workarounds.
Maintain hardware configuration and documentation.
Conduct studies and provide recommendations for asset utilization and disposition.
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry (ABET preferred, but not required).
2+ years of related engineering or technical experience (or advanced degree in lieu of experience).
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with a variety of manufacturing techniques.
Experience in automation and robotics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay Details: $43.98 per hour
