Pratt and Whitney Eagle Supply is the F100, F119, F135 component repair management for Pratt and Whitney Military Engines. Eagle Supply manages the maintenance, repair, and overhaul value stream to meet Pratt and Whitney Engine Program, Fleet Management and US Government Maintenance, repair and overhaul contract requirements. Eagle Supply is seeking a Component Repair Engineer to support F100 engine program activity in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
What You Will Do:
- Provide support for Eagle Supply component repair implementation, collaboration directly with GSE, CSE, JPO, Component IPT, Logistics IPT, USAF and Back up module owners.
- Supplier technical support: Technical Data Interpretation, Service master development, JCL Focal and Module Sustainability.
- Provide consistent daily on-site engineering support for internal Eagle Supply customer base to resolve program technical support challenges.
- Support technical communication and customer briefings as required.
- Prepare and present to internal management repair status meetings, to update progress against plan and commitments.
- Create/modify Engineering Standard of Work (ESW) in accordance with latest process requirements.
- Support engine hardware inspection and repair development reviews in conjunction with Team Leads and Department Managers.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering , Science, Technical or Mathematics) and 2+ years of prior relevant experience; or an advanced degree.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
- Self-starter with broad engine hardware knowledge and component repair experience
- Strong analytical problem-solving, decision-making skills coupled with the ability to clearly articulate issues.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearances.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
