Role Overview:
Define and deploy supplier quality assurance policies. Manage activities that define, deploy and survey supplier quality requirements including qualifications, action plans, audits, APQP and performance monitoring. Manage the part qualification process.
Partner and engage with respective supplier to drive robust & timely RCCA in order to reduce Customer disruptions, escapes, loss events and improve customer satisfaction.
Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy.

Required Qualifications:
This role requires advanced experience in the Sourcing & Supplier Quality Assurance. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
5+ years of experience in the related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
