Working experience:                             

2-3 years in a technical related domain with experience in a customer oriented environment.

We are looking for an Information Management (IM) Local Support Engineer to become part of the Airbus Defence and Space Romania team.

The mission of the Information Management Local Support Engineer is to ensure the operation of the Airbus Defence and Space Romania IM service acting as a point of contact for IT support relevant issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide infrastructure support: hardware, software, network equipment printers/scanners used by the local entity, including delivery, installation, configuration, backup, troubleshooting and follow-up.

  • Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining physical hardware.

  • Assure local user support in time and in quality according to company’s standards, policies & processes

  • Implement local business requirements.

  • Asset Management - manage and monitor local IT inventory

  • Act as local/on-site contact point for Service Desk and second line support engineers

  • Build and develop effective cross-functional team working

  • Based on business needs, travel within and outside the country may be required

Requirements:

Specific knowledge and skills:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills perform tasks with high regards to details.

  • University studies, ideally in a technical domain.

  • Proven experience with Microsoft OS (Windows 10 & 11).

  • Customer orientation, focused on IT Service Delivery.

  • &43;1 years proven experience working within a customer oriented environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong motivation and willingness to expand knowledge.

  • Well organised person with the ability to stay focussed on different tasks and use his time, energy, strength effectively and efficiently in order to achieve the desire outcome.
