JOB TITLE: IT Software Engineer - REMOTE
LOCATION: Remote, US
PAY RATE: Up to $100/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations? Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary:

Prioritize and manage Change Requests (CRIs) based on urgency and impact

Collaborate with module leads to clarify and execute CRIs

Develop and maintain Tririga workflows, forms, and business objects

Build and enhance UX apps using Polymer 1/3, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Modify/create BIRT reports and Java class loaders for advanced data handling

Write custom SQL queries and maintain SQL Server databases

Ensure data accessibility for modules and visualization tools like Tableau

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Troubleshoot and rapidly resolve technical issues to maintain uptime

Support live demonstrations and operational continuity of LMBuildings

Requirements:

3+ years translating business requirements into software solutions

5+ years in software configuration with multitasking and team collaboration

Experience with Change Control, Engineering Review, or Defect Review Boards

Direct experience configuring IBM Tririga IWMS (LMBuildings) modules/tools

Knowledge of facilities management processes (Space, Project, Maintenance)

Proficient in SQL Server and data integration techniques

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
