ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:
Implements, maintains and supports infrastructure services in accordance with business and functional requirements using SITA standards polices and processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Automate System Implementation, leveraging processes and tools proven successful in other airport products
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 and 11 operating systems in enterprise environments.
- Optimize existing integration processes for improved efficiency and scalability.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for integration processes and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and organizational standards in all integration activities.
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and testing phases to ensure seamless integration.
- Perform advanced registry modifications to optimize system performance, resolve issues, and enforce policies.
- Identify, document, and troubleshoot integration defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Batch, VBScript) to automate system administration tasks, such as registry edits, service management, and security configurations.
- Evaluate 3rd Party Software and Integrate as needed
- Ability to travel worldwide
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11 architecture, file systems, and kernel-level operations.
- Expertise in Windows Registry (e.g., HKEYLOCALMACHINE, HKEYCURRENTUSER) and registry tools (Regedit, Reg).
- Proficiency in managing Windows services, event logs, and task scheduling.
- In-depth understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, SMB, RDP, DNS, etc.) and their implementation in Windows
- Manage and configure Windows services (e.g., Task Scheduler, Event Viewer, Group Policy) to support system operations.
- Implement and troubleshoot network protocols (e.g., SMB, RDP, DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, LDAP) in Windows environments.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, apply security patches, and respond to security incidents.
- Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Facilitate seamless integration of enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, third-party software) with Windows 10/11.
- Experience with applications version control.
- Understanding of compliance and certification standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC).
- Understanding of Power Shell
- Strong communications and documentation skills
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- BA or MA degree in technical field
- At least 3 years’ experience in implementation or support of infrastructure platforms application deployments implementing systems and modules with experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations.
- Good communicator and excellent English skills
