PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Product Review Engineer 4 (Liaison Engineering) to join our team in San Antonio, TX and support commercial derivative airplane programs.
Your Impact:As a Product Review Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining product quality, resolving technical issues, and driving engineering solutions throughout the aircraft lifecycle. You’ll collaborate directly with production teams, apply your deep expertise in structural and electrical systems, and develop innovative repair solutions to ensure safe and compliant aircraft operations.
What You’ll Do:- Apply advanced engineering principles to assess and resolve product/process issues throughout manufacturing and production.
- Partner with production teams to provide hands-on engineering support on the factory floor.
- Lead research into technical, operational, and quality issues, designing interim and final engineering solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop dispositions for design non-conformances to ensure safety and performance.
- Drive product and process improvements using innovative techniques.
- Analyze nonconforming conditions, detect deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and collaborate with suppliers and build partners.
- Provide technical training and guidance to internal and external customers.
What You Bring:Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or related).
- 5+ years of experience in structural and electrical rework/repairs to restore aircraft to original design specifications.
- Commercial Material Review Experience Airline industry
- Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience in avionics systems troubleshooting, wire bundle installations, and aircraft electrical systems.
- Strong proficiency in engineering drawings, specifications, and design manuals.
- Experience in root cause analysis and drafting dispositions for non-conformances.
- MRB/UPR approval authority certification.
- Modification & Repair experience on wide-body aircraft.
- Executive interior installation/design experience.

Pay Details: $66.07 to $82.95 per hour
