Role Overview:• Lead the maintenance teams to carry out calibration, breakdown repairs and modification of projects.• Drive continuous machine and procedure improvement program.  • Ensure Breakdown Maintenance records and procedures are well maintained. To revise the procedures as and where applicable.• Ensure proper maintenance of all documentation & instructions pertaining to equipment inclusive of preparing work instruction and procedure for calibration, repair and troubleshooting.• Schedule and execute Daily Breakdown Maintenance for production/plant equipment.• Liaise with external vendor to carry out on facilities equipment service & repair.• MTBF on equipment spare reliability & substitute for obsolete spare part.• OJT for new maintenance technicians.

Required Qualifications

-    ITE / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical or industry relevant technical training
