Mission

  • Within the engineering department, you will be active as a Maintenance Program and Technical Documentation Engineer.
  • You will be active in a variety of CAMO maintenance programs responsibilities together with your colleagues.
  • You will be responsible for the implementation of the continued airworthiness management tasks.

Tasks

 

  • You work in a team and will be responsible for the maintenance programs and technical documentation.
  • You will issue and update the AMP and ensure that all applicable tasks are incorporated.
  • Communicate and assist the planning department and Part-145 for all changes to the AMP.
  • Customize tasks in order to have an economical justified AMP.
  • Study and evaluate tasks, verify possibility to escalate tasks and justify with substantiated data.
  • Take into account BCAA, Part CAMO rules in order to have an appropriate AMP.
  • Propose and present to BCAA AMP temporary or full revisions in order to obtain the necessary approvals.
  • Implementation of STC and P21 modifications into the AMP.
  • Coordinate with all RSE’s to incorporate dedicated Service Bulletins correctly.
  • Support RSE’s to correctly implement tasks in the MRO software system.
  • Monitor technical documentation from OEM’s: AOT’s, SB’s, VSB’s, SIL’s, CMM’s, … and implement into the MRO software.
  • Control the revision status of all technical documentation and distribute revised documents to appropriate departments.
  • Follow-up and assist in the Weight & Balance of the fleet and communicate with the operational department accordingly.
  • Supervise the budget related to chargeable access for technical documentation.
  • Your participation to engineering projects will be a regular activity.
  • You will be enrolled in the AOG service to provide the P145 with 24/7 support.

Your profile

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Aeronautics engineering or equivalent by experience
  • You are highly interested in aviation
  • Knowledge of Airbus MPD, ETOPS, ALS, …
  • Able to manage problems and projects in an orderly manner, project management is an advantage
  • Have a good team spirit
  • Strong analytical performance in analysing problems and be critical in studies
  • Be well grounded in technical knowledge and communication skills to achieve the objectives
  • Be able to work under stress and show the necessary flexibility in favour of our flight operations
  • Motivated by achievements
  • English & Dutch language verbal and written skills (French is an advantage)
  • Strong personality and good communication skills as an “airline representative” to discuss and defend your technical-commercial problems in a professional manner
  • Knowledge of MS office required
  • Knowledge of MRO software AMOS required
  • Good reporting skills
  • Be able to perform administrative work & follow up in a structured way
  • You are willing to travel abroad
