The Manager of Engineering will lead multiple delivery teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to coordinate software development, integration, and testing for advanced products and services. The role involves ensuring smooth project flow, managing resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently.

• Lead the software engineering process, including test and automation strategies for software delivery.
• Manage the execution of projects, ensuring successful launches of new features.
• Oversee testing processes, collaborating with upstream and downstream teams and technical leads.
• Develop new processes and tools to meet the growing business demands.
• Participate in architectural and technology decisions to enhance delivery capabilities.
• Improve team performance by refining processes, testing, and documentation.
• Manage KPIs and process controls for the ITE team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create test plans, perform risk analysis, and resolve issues.
• Prepare presentations and reports for strategic decision-making and project planning.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Proven leadership in engineering, test strategy, and process management.
• Technical Skills:
  • Experience in Agile and iterative environments.
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux OS and basic systems administration.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
