Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or commensurate experience)
• 2+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a Manufacturing environment, including Root cause methodologies experience, experience using inspection equipment and ability to read, write and comprehend technical manuals
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to program security clearance requirements and/or SSA requirements.
• Fluent in English language, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications:
• GKN Experience
• Working knowledge of quality system models such as ISO9001, AS9100, or AS9110
• Aerospace experience is strongly preferred
• Experience in FAA Repair Station is a plus
• Six Sigma green belt certification or training
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using MRP/ERP Software
• Experience with auditing / Auditor Certificate is a plus
• Customer facing experience is a plus
• Training and/or experience in lean tools and techniques (Practical Problem Solving, A3, PFMEA and/or Fishbone diagrams)
• Project / Program Management
• Familiarity with AS9145 APQP process or equivalent
• Ability to use measurement and test equipment
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is between $90,293 - $112,886.
