4) Resolve technical issues relating to internal and external customers feedback.
5) Perform feasibility studies in the manufacturing capacity improvement, layout improvements and expansion.
6) Initiate continuous improvement activities to existing manufacturing system and its related processes.
7) Participate actively in company-wide productivity and quality programs.
8) Put up justification for capital expenditure (CAPEX).
9) Shopfloor Support – Andon Rectification, SRR/PPM Reduction, Real Time Problem Resolution, Machine Utilization
