Job Description This position is for Weekend Days (Fri-Sun). The selected candidate will be entitled to a 10 shift differential. The candidate will work a total of 36 hours but be paid for 40 hours.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100 of the time.
Responsibilities may include -
Support production, with troubleshooting and debug of electro-mechanical assemblies, working directly with technicians and design engineering personnel.
Assist production team developing tune patterns to allow modules to meet specifications without extensive tuning reducing HPU’s.
Support systems engineering with debug and evaluation of system returns.
Develop process improvements to improve quality, cost and schedule.
Manually debug complex microwave assemblies and sub-assemblies in support of production and engineering prototyping efforts.
Feedback test process problems to engineering as necessary.
