Contract Position
Pay Estimated: $49.23-$54.23/Hour

Responsibilities:
As a PCB Designer and ECAD Librarian, you will support the design, documentation, and management of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) for critical undersea communication systems.
Perform PCB layout and schematic capture using Mentor Graphics Xpedition
Create and maintain ECAD library parts, including symbols, footprints, and 3D models
Manage library workflows using Xpedition Parts Request System and tools like Footprint Expert Enterprise
Support design documentation creation, including BOMs, ODB++ fabrication files, and 3D models
Assist in board-level prototyping, circuit design, and validation
Interface with manufacturing and suppliers to clarify documentation and fabrication issues
Apply knowledge of IPC and CCA fabrication standards during design and review
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
Associate’s degree or equivalent required
7+ years of experience in ECAD library or PCB design roles
Department of Defense Secret clearance preferred or ability to obtain one after hire
Proficiency in Mentor Graphics tools (Xpedition, xDM, DXdatabook, Hyperlynx, BoardStation) or Altium Designer
Experience with library management practices, including parts creation and 3D model generation using Solidworks, NX, or CREO
Familiarity with ECAD/PCB layout processes, schematic capture, and fabrication documentation
Basic understanding of IPC standards and CCA manufacturing processes
