About the RolePDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a Product Support Engineer in Oklahoma City. In this role, you will provide critical maintenance engineering support. As part of a collaborative engineering capability team, you will play a vital role in analyzing, influencing, and supporting systems that keep aerospace operations safe, reliable, and mission-ready.

What You’ll DoAnalyze complex engineering designs and changes to determine maintenance and repair requirements.
Develop and validate maintenance procedures, repair instructions, and fault isolation techniques.
Influence product designs to ensure maintainability and long-term supportability.
Conduct engineering analyses and generate logistics documentation (ILSP, PSAP, MTA, LORA, SERD).
Provide technical solutions and evaluate customer maintenance operations.
Work closely with program management and engineering teams to meet contractual requirements.
Lead and participate in working group meetings with confidence and professionalism.
Collaborate across teams while balancing schedule, budget, and customer needs.
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or related) with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience reading and interpreting aircraft engineering drawings and process specifications.
Familiarity with technical manuals, Technical Orders, and aircraft maintenance documentation.
Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a technical field.
Experience with Product Support Analysis (PSA), GEIA-STD-0007, MIL-HDBK-502A.
Proficiency with LSA software (Slicwave, EAGLE, Powerlog, Compass).
Hands-on knowledge of military/commercial maintenance publications and systems.
Experience in radar, avionics, hydraulics, power plant, or electrical/environmental systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills.
Prior experience with B-52 Bomber or AWACS aircraft.

Pay Details: $43.46 per hour
