Description:What You Will Be Doing
The Program Quality Engineer will be responsible for performing the Quality Engineering integrator role to support new AMMM programs. This role will be the primary point of contact between all quality functions that serve to support these programs. This position will be responsible for supporting program reviews, technical interchange meetings, execution of the Program Quality Management Plan PQMP, FAI tracking, coordination with the Design Quality Engineering, and customer integration.

The position is intended to be a catalyst for Program initiatives to ensure the successful integration and deployment of the quality systems and functions for specific AMMM programs.

Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in STEM (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Basic understanding of Basis of Estimates
- Basic understanding in the development and flow down contracts and contractual requirements
Desired Skills:
- Engineering experience with the C-130J platform
- Experience with technical briefings to the customer and/or executive teams
- Ability to develop technical documents
- Capability to develop project management plans (PMP certification preferred)

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
