We have an opportunity for an Aerospace Systems Safety Engineer to join us at Honeywell Aerospace in Krakow. You will become a member of the team focused on systems safety analysis and assessment of Honeywell’s safety-critical solutions within the Integrated Flight Systems portfolio for small, medium and large aircraft.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.

Responsibilities
- Analyse systems requirements and conduct root cause analysis to determine systems criticality.
- Decompose requirements followed by applying analytical methods (FTA, FMEA)
- Ensure systems validation & verification according to industry standards (ARP4754 / ARP4761)
- Ongoing collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of safety engineering principles within the development process as well as with customers to make sure all principles are meeting the requirements.
Qualifications
- University degree in engineering field
- 7 and more years of experience in relevant systems engineering job in industries such as aerospace, automotive and/or railway
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
- Advanced knowledge of FMEA / FTA method per ARP 4761
- Knowledge of DO-178 / DO-254
- Advanced command of English language for regular communication with global team
