We are seeking a results-driven Senior Engineer to lead the modernization of our logistics operations through cutting-edge automation and digital transformation. This role will spearhead initiatives that integrate advanced material handling systems, robotics, real-time asset tracking, autonomous transportation, and data-driven decision-making tools to unlock new levels of productivity, cost efficiency, and operational flow.

Roles and  Responsibilities

• Lead logistics automation projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring measurable gains in performance and efficiency.
• Specify, justify, and execute capital investments for advanced logistics systems and automation solutions.
• Develop Statements of Work, system specifications, and oversee FAT/SAT for flawless project delivery.
• Select, implement, and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS), robotics, real-time location systems (RTLS), and autonomous transport technologies.
• Leverage data analytics, IoT platforms, digital twin simulations, and AI-powered optimization tools to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Apply rigorous risk management, safety, and quality frameworks to ensure compliance and operational reliability.
• Identify and transform manual workflows into high-impact, automated solutions that drive sustainable performance improvements.

Qualification and Education Requirements (Education and Work experience that a candidate should have when applying for position)

Minimum Education required (specific field or equivalent):

• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field with proven experience in logistics automation or transformation.

Minimum years of experience in role:

At least 5 to 8+ years of relevant working experience in delivering Robotic and automated solutions.

Preferred Skills (if any):

• Strong track record of delivering large-scale automation, digital integration, and system optimization projects.
• Proficiency in WMS, robotics, IoT, AI/ML analytics, simulation tools, and industrial automation software.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, project and stakeholder management skills.
