A BAE Systems Software Engineer designs, develops, tests, deploys, documents, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems based upon documented requirements. These systems might include, but are not limited to, processing intensive analytics, algorithm development, real-time systems, Electronic Warfare Systems, and application and systems development and monitoring. Works individually or as part of a team. Reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results. Resolves software problem reports. Utilizes software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of these particular roles, work will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100 of the time.
