* Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
* 3+ years of experience designing and developing software for complex systems (e.g., distributed systems, multi-threaded and multi-process applications).
* 3+ years of experience in object-oriented programming.
* Experience with distributed version control systems such as GitHub or IBM Rational Team Concert.
* Must be a U.S. Citizen. Job Duties & Functions
* Perform software development tasks, including detailed design, coding, and testing of features and user stories.
* Analyze customer requirements and ensure software implementations meet functional needs.
* Develop and sustain new and existing applications while troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
* Design and develop front-end user interfaces integrated with cloud-based systems.
* Contribute to distributed system components aligned with future system architecture.
* Collaborate with UX teams and cross-functional stakeholders on large-scale systems.
* Present software designs and demonstrate functionality to peers and stakeholders.
* Support Agile and DevSecOps processes for software development and delivery. Physical Requirements & Environment
