Collins Aerospace is currently seeking qualified candidates for entry-level Co-ops in our Military Avionics & Helicopters Flight Management & Controls department located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Teams are composed of cross-functional engineers working in an AGILE environment (approximately 6-10 people) focused on the design and development of software-only products. Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session that will run from June-December 2025 (this includes the Fall semester; it is expected that students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).

CAAS/Flight 2 Flight Management Solutions - Our signature products for Military Avionics and Helicopters as part of the Collins Integrated Avionics Systems, fielded on thousands of aircraft today. Qualifications You Must Have:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
