As a Solution Architect within the Technology Development team you will:
- Work with customers to understand their challenges and then create executable solutions to complex problems.
- Create project plans, and resource estimates, to carry out solution and projects.
- Convert the solutions / projects into paid tasks within existing or new contract vehicles.
- Cary out use-case demonstrations and solution scenarios
- Assess new technologies and how it can be leveraged to improve Aerospace logistics and MRO
Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinate and interact with outside resources including customers, subcontractors and academia, in the solutions development process.
- Coordinate with internal and External Subject Matter Experts in the solutions development process.
- Candidate will work within the StandardAero’s digital technology development team. This ecosystem includes reliability analysis, modeling, CBM+ tools, software development, and other tools, that help our customers improve availability, and readiness, while reducing their life cycles costs.
Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in Aerospace logistics and MRO
- University Degree in Business, Engineering, and/or Aerospace Management (or equivalent).
- Strong Project Management and Agile Software development skills.
- Strong listening, communications and presentation skills.
- In depth knowledge of Aerospace MRO and Logistics.
- Working knowledge on how to leverage advanced analytics and technology advancements for product innovation.
- Strong organizational skills, with very disciplined work habits, and a bias for completing actions.
- Ability to create innovative and team working relationships, with internal and external customers.
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
