Our local engineering team also supports key global programs for Airbus, Boeing, Dassault, Embraer, and Gulfstream.

Currently, Aero China Engineering team is looking for a CNS Lead Software Engineer to work in Beijing as part of the growth plan in this domain. The successful candidate will play a technical lead role in CNS product software requirement, design, development, integration and certification activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer and industry specifications understanding, flow down into product system requirements.
• Software development, including software requirement, design, and implementation.
• Software and system integration and test.
• Execute per program plans and organization requirements, to achieve business objectives.

You Must Have

• Be a SW expert with proven full life-cycle SW development capabilities/experience in at least 2 avionics programs.
• 8+ years of System/software development experience with a concentration in C/C++
• Knowledge/experience on Communication/Navigation/Surveillance system, particularly on Datalink products
• Rich certification knowledge/experience, be familiar with the industry standards / requirements, including but not limited to RTCA DO178B/C and its supplements, SAE ARP4754A, etc.
• Experience in various interfaces – ARINC, RS-232, RS-422, USB, Ethernet, AFDX
• Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices.
