Role Summary:
As a Senior Advanced Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and integration of advanced systems and solutions that drive progress across the aerospace industry. Your expertise in systems engineering, leadership, and problem-solving will be integral to delivering solutions that meet the highest standards of performance and innovation. You will be part of a collaborative environment that values creative thinking, hands-on problem-solving, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and integration of complex systems, including hardware, software, and network components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact projects and address challenging engineering problems.
Provide technical leadership and direction on systems integration, architecture, and control system integration.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and Honeywell’s quality practices.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering growth and development within your team.
Present technical solutions and project updates to both internal stakeholders and customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve field issues, offering expert support to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
Minimum of 5 years of systems engineering experience.
Expertise in system integration, architecture development, and control systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in aerospace, defense, or related industries.
Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle.
Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Pay Details: $65.00 to $75.00 per hour
