What You’ll DoDevelop, integrate, and document structural and interior payload system requirements to establish system designs.
Utilize 3D Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and other methodologies to create and refine aerospace structures.
Perform and integrate analytical and test results to validate that systems and components meet specifications.
Oversee supplier development, testing, and production activities to optimize design performance and efficiency.
Develop and implement new design and analysis processes to improve engineering effectiveness and product quality.
Investigate emerging technologies and contribute to innovative future product designs.
Work under general direction, applying your expertise to deliver high-impact engineering solutions.
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
Strong background in structural and payload system design within the aerospace industry.
Proficiency in 3D CAD tools and other advanced design methodologies.
Experience in supplier management, testing, and production oversight.
Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of advanced aerospace materials and manufacturing techniques.
Experience in developing and implementing new design processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to complex engineering challenges.
