Summary:
Conducts technical analysis, troubleshooting, and product modifications per customer specs.
Provides hands-on support: testing, diagnosing, and repairing electronic/mechanical hardware.
Uses adhesives, chemicals, soldering/de-soldering, hand tools, and test equipment.
Works from engineering drawings, schematics, diagrams, and written procedures.
Provides technical training/briefings to customers, vendors, and company reps.
Requirements:
Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance
4-year degree, OR 2-year degree + 4 yrs experience, OR equivalent technical/military background.
3 5 yrs reading engineering drawings & schematics.
3 5 yrs electronic troubleshooting (fault isolation to component level).
3 5 yrs electro-optical sensor hardware/software experience.
3 5 yrs electronics maintenance (commercial/military) using hand tools.
3 5 yrs with test equipment operation, repair, calibration.
3 5 yrs Microsoft Office proficiency.
Familiarity with test equipment (oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, rework tools).
Safety shoes required
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs; full-time onsite role.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
