In this role you will ensure that our IT solutions align seamlessly with our overarching strategy and architecture framework, providing critical support to core processes of Norwegian base IT Operation.

 

Your expertise will be key managing IT activities and building strong connections with business units, external partners, and the broader Norwegian IT community.

In this role you will be responsible for: 

 

  • Be a vital part of NAS IT Ops team and contribute to its common responsibility.
  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to systems and network performance.
  • Planning, coordinating and determine how tasks fit into business capability roadmap and priorities.
  • Coordinate and follow up on external vendors and projects that support NAS IT Operations.
  • Be updated on IT trends/systems within their area of responsibility.
  • Focus on standardization of process, procedures, and documentation.

 

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

 

  • 3+ years of functional experience in general IT Operations for an organization with high level SLA.
  • Good technical and domain knowledge of IT systems within the business unit
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and a Scandinavian language – written and oral
  • Technical experience with IT Operations, automation and integration between systems and applications
  • You have knowledge in one or more tools and systems used in IT Operations,Citrix, SharePoint, MS Intune, PowerApps, Network, WIFI, IT Security, Monitoring, Automation, tools etc.
  • Knowledge about Active Directory including Azure AD.
  • Knowledge about Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint/Teams/Exchange online).
  • Knowledge about Microsoft Windows Servers, Windows Clients.
  • Experience with vendor relation
  • You are structured and have good analytical skills, able to identify problems as well as drive appropriate solutions.
  • You are pro-active, efficient and with high work capacity.
